Do you offer other products aside from spice?
Yes. Along with our large collection of spices from all over the world, our spice store offers a selection of additional products for cooking and baking. These include nuts, rice, noodles, and grains, sugars and sweeteners, beans and dhols, and various other products.
What happens when products are out of stock?
We work hard to ensure that we have all of our spices and products in stock. In the event that we are out of stock, we will let you know as promptly as possible and advise when new stock will be available.
How do I place an order?
To place your order, click on the ‘quick shop’ link or your chosen product, choose the quantity you would like to purchase and then add the product to your cart. Once you are finished shopping, view your cart on the top right corner of the site and proceed to delivery and payment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your order and your location. We aim to deliver your order within seven working days.
Do prices include shipping?
No. Shipping costs vary and depend on the size of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
What payment methods are available?
We only accept credit card payments. These are done through Payfast to ensure the safety and security of your information.
How can I change my delivery address or shipping information?
Once you have registered, you can access your account to find all relevant information. Here, you can update shipping information, payment methods, delivery address, and other information.
