Returns

We accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 21 days will not be accepted. With change of mind returns, any promotional discount used on the order will be non-refundable and the voucher will not be reactivated. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.

Our easy returns process items in 4 steps:

1. Send us an email to info@spice-world.co.za with
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Item name
  • Photo of the item
2. We will organise a courier pick up advising of the return cost if change of mind return
3. You send the item back.

4. You will receive a refund minus the return delivery cost, after your return has been inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Spice World have to request a refund via Payfast if the money is still in the Spice World Payfast Account. Spice World will send a credit memo to the customer online, but the refund will happen offline. If the money is already in the Spice World bank account we will do an EFT directly to your Bank Account.

If you prefer a store credit, we can issue a store credit with the credit value – this will be in the form of a voucher or coupon code that will be emailed to you.

After approving your return, we will grant you store credit or a refund within a week.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@spice-world.co.za.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for other reasons, send us an email at info@spice-world.co.za or get in touch using our contact us page.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 105 Pine Road Clairwood Durban KwaZulu Natal 4052

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
