Ingredients:
- 1 Leg Mutton (approx. 1kg)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Cup Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1/2 Cup Spice World Garum Masala
- 1 Tsp Spice World Jeera (Coriander) Powder
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Tsp Spice World Extra Special Chilli Powder
- 5-6 Green Chillis
- Small Bunch of Coriander
- Salt to Taste
- Fresh Mint for Garnishing
Method:
Wash the meat and make deep gashes. Liquidise the rest of the ingredients together. Smear this paste over the meat and allow to marinate for 3-4 hours. Place this in roasting pan, cover with foil and cook until tender, basting with its own juices from time to time. When done, garnish with mint leaves and serve with naan.
