Ingredients:

  • Seafood Mix
    1/2 kg shrimps
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas,carrots,green beans, whole corn, potatoes, mushroom)
  • 1 tsp spice world dhania powder
  • 1 tsp spice world jeera powder
  • 1 tsp spice world red chillie powder
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tsp spice world garam masala
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tbs oil
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
    White sauce (refer to white sauce recipe)

Topping:

Grated cheese
Mixed herbs

Method: 

  1. Cook the vegetables with enough water until just a little underdone. Leave aside, Saute' the shrimps in butter. Add salt and pepper. Keep aside. 
  2. Braise the chopped onions in oil until soft. Add tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Add crushed garlic,dhania, jeera, chillie powder and garam masala. 
  3. Braise for 1-2 minutes. Add the boiled vegetables. Add the shrimps. Add the white sauce to the seafood mix and stir in well. 
  4. Place 2 heaped Tbs to the mixture in the ramekin dishes. 
  5. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with mixed herbs. Bake until dish is heated through and bubbling. 
  6. Serve immediately.
