1-2 French loaves
30 ml Spice World Mixed Dried Herbs
2 tsp finely crushed garlic
2 Tbs cream
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
Slice the French loaves diagonally, almost though the base. Cream together all the above ingredients and spread on the bread slices. Any remaining mixture can be spread on top. Wrap in foil with the shiny side inside. Bake at 160°Cfor 20-25 minutes.
VARIATION: The same can be used for individual rolls.
NB: Garlic bread freezes very well. Remove and bake whilst frozen.
