Ingredients:
- Seafood Mix
- 1/2kg prawns
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans, whole corn, potatoes, mushroom)
- 1 tsp Spice World Dhania Powder
- 1 tsp Spice World Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Spice World Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp Spice World Garam Masala
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- White sauce (white sauce recipe)
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese
- Mixed vegetables
Method:
Cook the vegetables with enough water until just a little underdone, leave aside.Sauté shrimps in butter, add salt and pepper. Keep aside. Braise the chopped onions in oil until soft. Add tomatoes.Cook for 2 minutes.Add crushed garlic, dhania, jeera, chilli powder and garam masala.Braise for 1-2 minutes. Add the boiled vegetables.Add shrimps.Add white sauce to the seafood mix and stir well.Place 2 heaped tablespoons to the mixture in the ramekin dishes.Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with mixed herbs.Bake until dish is heated through and bubbling.Serve.
