Method:

Cook the vegetables with enough water until just a little underdone, leave aside.Sauté shrimps in butter, add salt and pepper. Keep aside. Braise the chopped onions in oil until soft. Add tomatoes.Cook for 2 minutes.Add crushed garlic, dhania, jeera, chilli powder and garam masala.Braise for 1-2 minutes. Add the boiled vegetables.Add shrimps.Add white sauce to the seafood mix and stir well.Place 2 heaped tablespoons to the mixture in the ramekin dishes.Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with mixed herbs.Bake until dish is heated through and bubbling.Serve.
